ChristLife Newsletter
Lent 2003

Dear Friend:

There’s no doubt that this has been an abundantly fruitful season for the friends, supporters and staff of ChristLife … even in the midst of recent economic concerns and global tensions.

Just think about it –
over 300 parishes now utilize ChristLife evangelization resources. And, in the last three years alone, we’ve trained over 3,000 evangelization leaders . . . who have helped over 30,000 people to encounter God’s love in a dynamic, life-changing way.

And that’s not all. In fact, since the beginning of 2003, we’ve already presented evangelization training in Baltimore, MD . . . San Antonio, TX . . . Richmond, VA . . . the U.S. Virgin Islands . . . Olympia, WA . . . and San Francisco, CA.
And, right now, we’re developing a brand new course -- that will be introduced nationally this coming May!

All of this (and much more, of course) is exactly what ChristLife is all about. It is demanding work. But, as you already know, few things are more satisfying than participating in the new evangelization . . . and watching as people from all walks of life come to know Christ’s love, often for the very first time.

But none of our fulfilling apostolate is possible without you. And, as requests for our assistance with evangelization continue to grow . . . so does our financial need.

In fact, we continue to get a constant flow of requests from parishes and dioceses that want assistance with evangelism from coast to coast in North America . . . and from places outside of our own country that reach all the way around the world.

Once again, we find our resources stretched to the limit. And the funds currently on hand are not enough to keep us going beyond the next quarter of this year.

That’s why I must turn to you, and humbly ask for your assistance. No matter what amount you are able to give, your investment in the mission of ChristLife is very much appreciated.

In return for your gift, all of us here at ChristLife would like to offer you a sincere pledge that we will work very hard to produce an abundant return on your thoughtful donation.

Many doors lay open before us . . . if we can simply gather the resources needed to do the work that lies ahead. There are plans for conferences and seminars that will help bring the Faith to people around the world. Plus, there are all the parishes and dioceses who have already asked for help with evangelization.

Thank you in advance for your kind consideration and generosity. As always, we remember you with gratitude in our prayers each day.

Sincerely in Christ,

Dave Nodar
ChristLife Catholic Evangelization Services

P.S. I can’t begin to tell you how much we appreciate your support. If we can gather the funds we need, we’ll be able to respond to unprecedented opportunities to assist in evangelization here in the United States. . . . and
all over the world. Thank you!

Who We Are
ChristLife: Catholic Evangelization Solutions is an apostolate of the Archdiocese of Baltimore that is responding to Jesus' call to, "Go and make disciples of all nations," and to the Church's call to a new evangelization

"It appears that there are only a few Catholic ministries actually developing the means for Catholics to respond to the urgent call for a new evangelization and mission to the nations, and so I am especially grateful for this service."

William Cardinal Keeler
