Greetings and salutations friends, It's Theresa Fernandes here, general roustabout and writer of the occassional e-update at ChristLife, bringing you the latest newsworthy news! The last time I wrote, the Discovering Christ Conference was a MONTH away and lookie here, now it's just one WEEK away... how in the world did that happen?...that whole time slippin' into the future comes to mind... We're still accepting registration for the conference so if you are considering coming, please register soon... preferrably before the conference. We have about 25 attendees
from all over the place and although we love the intimate size, we would love to have many
more join us to learn about the Discovering Christ course. And if you can't make it
this time, please do keep us in your prayers asking for many blessings and anointing of
the Holy Spirit on the whole conference! We would also greatly appreciate your help in
providing rides to people from out of town, picking up and dropping off from the airport
as well as from the hotel to St. Louis church. Please get in touch with Leo Rudegeair if you are able to help. In other news, Fr. Erik Arnold, pastor of OLPH in Ellicott City, is hosting a special
Mass on April 11, that's this Sunday, at 1:30pm for the members of the parish who attended
the Revelation bible study and the Following Christ course both of which were presented
this past winter. He has graciously extended an invitation to all friends of ChristLife.
The same group that led us in praise and worship at the Thanksgiving Mass in January will
be leading us this Sunday as well! There will be a social gathering after Mass so please
do come and share in the celebration, food and friendship. In other, other news, a Discovering Christ course is going to start at St. Anthony's of Padua in DC this Sunday evening and a second Discovering Christ course is going to start
this Monday at St. Louis in Clarksville. We are relying on your continued prayerful
intercession on our behalf for the Lord to come and enter the lives of all those involved
with the course at both these places! I thank you for your prayers and support! Humbly yours, |
