 --June 22, 2009 Dear brothers & sisters, It’s been a busy few weeks here at ChristLife. Two weeks ago, we kicked off the video production of Discovering Christ at our young adults summer course. We had about 40 young adults the first week & 60 the second week - visit our blog for photos. Both weeks we’ve had young adults from all places spiritually & it’s exciting to see God’s grace beginning to work in their lives! Phil Rosensteel of Wired Different Media and his friend Chris have reported that the video side of things is going really well. Please pray for the Holy Spirit’s creativity for the video production and for the young men & women who are going through this summer’s course (especially that many come to the Holy Spirit retreat on July 11). One amazing way God is providing for us this summer is through a dedicated volunteer team. They sacrifice their Thursday afternoons /evenings and financial resources to serve the young adults who are coming. It is really impressive to see. The food has been delicious, and is a huge part of the evangelizing dynamic. In other news, last week we posted our latest podcast, Drugs 2 Disciples, in which we introduced one of our new interns, Maria Malagari, & talked to several young men who turned their lives around through Teen Challenge, a Christian ministry aimed at drug addicts. Our second intern, Brittany Hughes, a recent grad from Ohio University, also joined us last week. Read her bio on our blog.
