Ralph Martin and Personal Prayer
Yesterday I had lunch with a dear friend of mine, Ralph Martin. It is always special to have time with Ralph, we've know each other for 38 years! Ralph lives in Ann Arbor Michigan so we don't get to see much of each other, but recently he has been finishing up his Licentiate in Sacred Theology in Washington, D.C. So Ralph drove up to get a chance to see our ChristLife offices and for some time to catch up with each other.

Thanks for the recommendation of these wonderful books! I just finished reading "Blessed Among All Women" by Robert Ellsberg, and am working on "All Saints", which are daily reflections so it'll take a year to finish. So I needed some new books to read to nourish my faith so this is very timely for me.
My personal prayer life really "took off" when I listened to a talk by Mike Bickle called "Hunger for God". Now, as a Catholic, I need a similar teaching about personal prayer to refer people to.
I'm going to purchase several copies of each book and pass them around our high school/ young adult prayer group here in Allentown, PA. Thanks for the recommendation!
